Our Commitment to the Trades

OUR WHY

The SHEcon Bridge Program™ is a workforce optimization platform designed to discover, develop, and deploy skilled talent into the built environment.

We partner with subcontractors, real estate owners, facilities teams, workforce organizations, and nonprofit partners to create operational learning environments where aspiring tradespeople gain real-world experience while contributing to active projects.

Unlike traditional classroom-based training, participants develop workforce readiness through measurable jobsite exposure, behavioral development, and performance tracking using the SHEcon Score™.

Tailored Training Programs

Bootcamps

Shecon READY™ is a 2–4 week intensive bootcamp that prepares aspiring tradespeople for success on active construction sites. Designed and delivered by Shecon Construction, the program blends safety training, hands-on instruction, and workforce readiness to give participants the confidence and competence they need to start strong in the trades.

Live Jobsite Training

The Shecon Bridge Program™ is a structured on-the-job training rotation that embeds aspiring tradespeople directly into active construction sites. Each trainee is vetted, insured, and supervised while working alongside our partner subcontractors on real projects — gaining up to 2000 hours of experience, confidence, and exposure to multiple trades. This model bridges the gap between classroom learning and field application. Trainees develop early skills such as safety, selective demolition, material handling, and finishing scopes while contributing real labor value to your project.

Labor Support Program

Subcontractors can become 'preferred trade partners' who commit to training or mentoring Shecon trainees on real jobsites. In return you receive the right to hire and access to our community talent pipeline when you need reliable, entry-level field support. Shecon scales your crew capacity with trainees who have actually stepped foot on real jobsites.
